No literally, come on in. Let’s take a moment to come into your body as you make this next step. It’s a huge step in that you’re being brave in searching for someone to develop a therapeutic connection with and that someone is me. You’re choosing to reach out and see if we’re a fit to address your anxiety, depression or trauma.

Whether you’re interested in weekly sessions or a premium package let’s take a moment here together to celebrate you and all parts of you that are letting this next step happen. If you’d like we can even take a few breaths with the exhale longer than the inhale (I love a good breathing in for 4 seconds and breathing out for 6 seconds, but there are a few great ways to do it). Let us acknowledge and send gratitude to the parts of you honoring your healing process with this next step. I’ll especially send gratitude to parts of you that may feel nervous or scared to reach out. That totally makes sense too. Thank you for listening to yourself. I am so proud of you for honoring you.
